President-elect Donald Trump on Thursday named longtime ally Pam Bondi as his new choice for attorney general, capping a tumultuous week for previous pick Matt Gaetz.

Bondi’s elevation came just hours after Gaetz withdrew his name from consideration following increased scrutiny over allegations of sexual misconduct.

If confirmed, Bondi would lead the Justice Department and set the agenda for federal investigations and prosecutions. Trump’s pick for the nation’s top law enforcement official comes as some of his critics fear he will use his administration to seek retribution against them.

Trump also praised her work against “the trafficking of deadly drugs.” Bondi, who was Florida’s attorney general from 2011 to 2019, previously worked on a Trump commission focused on ending the opioid crisis and combating drug addiction.

She is currently a partner at the lobbying firm Ballard Partners, where she chairs the company’s corporate regulatory compliance practice, according to the firm’s website.

Bondi has long ties to Trump. During the 2016 Republican National Convention, she joined in “lock her up” chants aimed at former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and she was then part of Trump’s defense team during his first impeachment trial.

After Trump lost the 2020 election, Bondi was involved in efforts to overturn the results, falsely claiming that Trump had “won Pennsylvania” at a news conference in Philadelphia.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.

Shipping fees are based also on the size, weight, and number of the packages in an order. Larger products and additional items will incur slight shipping surcharges. Total shipping charges are shown on the checkout page.

Most apparel items are $4.99 for one item + $1.99 for additional items shipped domestic and $6.99 for the first item + $1.99 per each additional product to the rest of the world.

How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 2-3 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (5-10 days for domestic and 7-15 days for international).

Quilts are produced and shipped from our facility 8-15 days in regular seasons. Shipping Time: 10 – 15 days* in regular seasons for Quilts.

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

Orders shipped to APO addresses are done so via DHL Globalmail, and then are turned over to USPS for final delivery (through the military mail system). Shipments to APOs can take up to 45 additional days to arrive.

Unfortunately, once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons. This means that we no longer have visibility of your order and cannot provide tracking information.

Will I be charged VAT taxes?

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.

Items fulfilled from the UK and EU are charged a 20% VAT rate.

Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site.

We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear.

Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@singtshirt.example.com. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
